All payments for services must be made in accordance with the invoice terms agreed upon prior to campaign execution. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
All materials created by The Soul Services, including campaign reports, graphics, insights, or custom strategies, are the intellectual property of Soul Services unless otherwise agreed.
